A unique and exciting opportunity exists for a senior project worker to join the Lower Hume Primary Care Partnership (PCP) team based in Seymour. The Senior Project Officer, Mental Health will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Strengthening Supports for Mental Health Project across Mitchell and Murrindindi Shires.
The successful candidate will work independently and with minimal supervision or direction, be highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and see them through to completion and have excellent communication skills.
As the Senior Project Officer, key responsibilities will include liaising with stakeholders to undertake a thorough review of access to mental health services, facilitating consultations to develop innovative approaches that address local needs and producing documents that will enable recommendations to be progressed by partners.
Salary: $88,920 per annum pro rata plus 9.5% superannuation and generous salary packaging benefits.
