Anxiety, isolation and a sense of disconnection have become a reality in our working lives. It all starts with respect.The '16 days of activism' 2020 collaborative campaign against gender based violence involved 11 organisations, a range of initiatives (from newsprint, facebook, staff presentations, community workshops and seedlings, representing 'growing respect'), and 59 participants completed a follow up survey. Here are the results of the surveys that shows the campaign increased awareness and the likelihood to call out disrespect toward women.
